My experience with Best Buy was very pleasant. The customer service was excellent. The representative greeted me and helped me select a thumb drive. The phone squad immediately assisted me with how to use it and resetting up my Best Buy membership for Total Tech support. I love shopping at Best Buy; always pleasant experiences. This was at the Mississippi and I 225 location in Aurora, Colorado.

I took my dash cam in for installation. Afterward, I noticed one of the settings wasn't working. Russell C. said everything was connected correctly. I received further guidance from the manufacturer and took the instructions in. Russell didn't even look at them and was adamant that he installed the dash cam correctly, even though it's not working. Don't go to Best Buy's mobile installation department. Do not trust them with your installation. The service and support are lacking.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup. Best Buy advertises pickup in one hour. It's been 4 hours, and it's still not ready. I went to the store and was told it's NOT ready yet; come back in 4 hours. They tell you they are super busy when they are really not. I noticed a few workers bored on their phones. Bad customer service.
