The store manager/front-end lead was awful. She yelled at a clerk about a price check, even though the tag clearly showed the discounted price. No need to be disrespectful to customers or employees. If you're unhappy, maybe this isn't the job for you.

I've been going here for years and have always had good experiences with the staff. They're nice. I've had some issues with home delivery (substitutions, online ordering), but it's getting better. My only complaints are: 1) The store is always dull-looking. 2) What do I do with the paper delivery bags? 3) Play English music! Sometimes toy instructions are in another language. But these things aren't dealbreakers.
