Best Buy

A 15-day return policy shows a severe lack of customer consideration. Refusing a return on a brand-new, unopened item just three days past that window is unacceptable. Choose a business that values its customers.

Worst experience at best buy, manager on duty was terrible. Items were price marked wrong and in completely wrong spot and deny that it could possibly be the mistake of their employees and was rude and condescending, told me he couldn't do anything on price. I understand the company not loosing their ass on a sale but should offer some sort of a discount because of their mistake. I shop best buy pretty frequently but I will not return to this location.

I went to buy Persona 3 Reload for the PS5, and I had some trouble finding it, so I asked one of the staff who didn't hesitate to help me. While they went to go look for the game in the back, another staff member asked me if I needed any help while I was waiting, and thankfully, I was already being helped. This good shopping experience is just one of many, and going to Best Buy is always a pleasure. While I may not know any of the staff personally, everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I honestly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new video game or some new gaming hardware should shop at Best Buy.

Visited 5 times, first two times I couldn't find anyone to help me. The next three times I had sale associates sell me items that were not in stock and tell me I could either order online or drive to another store to make the purchase. Do not recommend this location. If you do not have product in stock take it off the shelf, HINT if someone is out in a brick and mortar they do not want to order online!

An average experience overall. The store had a decent selection, but the staff seemed a bit disinterested. Prices were competitive, but the checkout process was slow. It's an okay option for electronics shopping, but there's room for improvement.
