If you're looking for a trustworthy repair shop, avoid this place. My fiance brought in my 'broken' laptop for evaluation. They quoted her close to $800 for a battery repair and charged her $100 for the evaluation. We took it to a different shop in Loveland, and $45 later, it works perfectly fine and hasn't had any issues for months. These guys took advantage of her lack of knowledge and tried to financially exploit her.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Don't Panic IT Solutions in Fort Collins. The name is so appropriate because when I have a computer problem, I do indeed panic. Tate and all of his staff reassure me that they can take care of the problem. They take the "panic" away. They are all so kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair. Finally, I'm so grateful that I can count on them.
