I really wish Best Buy understood just how much business they lose because of their automated answering service, it's one of the worst I've seen and heard. The Geek Squad usually offers great help when you can finally get ahold of them. Get a new answering/automated phone system.

Weird energy, will have 3 managers in clusters around the store that will just chat with each other, when I asked for help because the one attending customers was already locked in I was told I would need to wait, the 2 managers and 3rd person who made it know he was in fact with warehouse and couldn’t help me, just weird to watch them say that to an active customer, and continue to chat.

I would like to give a shout out to Cameron. I have a F350 that I wanted a new radio installed in. I purchased the module to allow my steering wheel controls to work with the new radio. This module gave this young man nothing but trouble. It took 3 trips to get it to work but Cameron never got frustrated and worked tirelessly to find a solution to get this thing to work. Through the whole ordeal he maintained professionalism and a strong desire to make it right. It is now working as it should and have had no further problems. Thank you Cameron. I am one pleased customer.

Absolutely horrible. Before you even tell them what’s wrong they force you pay $150 and they don't even look at the laptop or try to figure out what’s wrong with it they just send it out. There not knowledgeable about anything. Very disappointed and lack of understanding.
