I paid $120 upfront for a tech to come out. He didn't have the tools and rescheduled. The next day, the tech replaced the battery and speaker on my husband's MacBook Pro, but the top of the keyboard stopped working. I called within a week, but they said it was too late and I'd have to pay again. I called Marcie, but never got a call back. Now my husband can't use his MacBook. Do NOT do business with this company.

I called for an urgent repair and was told I'd get a call back to confirm a time. I paid $190 upfront but didn't get a call back. The next morning, I got an email "receipt" saying they "look forward to working with me again." No service was provided. I called and left a message. They called back with a time for a tech to show up. It felt like a scam. They issued a "refund" of $160, keeping $30 as a "cancellation fee" even though no service was provided. Now I have to report the scam to my credit card company. Buyer beware!

I went to the address, and it's a packing and shipping company. The owner said he's heard they use his address for scams. Be careful!
