I'm so thankful Ming fixed my laptop! He's knowledgeable, kind, reliable, trustworthy, and his prices are reasonable. I had a terrible experience with Geek Squad, and Dell wanted to charge a lot to send my laptop away for repair (which would have taken a while, and I'm a college student starting a new semester soon!). I found Hylan Computer Repair online, and I'm so glad I did! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and I had my laptop back the next day, running great! I brought my PC there, and he "fixed" the motherboard, but it came back worse! He refused to give me my money back. Horrible service and a rude guy. DO NOT BRING YOUR PC THERE!:edit: You previously said to come back with the receipt for a refund, but then changed your mind eight times. I discarded the PC, and my mother said she would show you the receipt for the new PC I had to buy because of you. Very shady.

Ming, the owner of Hylan Computer Repair, is an honest and talented technician. He tries to repair, not just replace parts. I'm a happy repeat customer. The business moved from Hylan Blvd to Armstrong Ave. The whole shop is in a side building there. All services are still available. Ming is excellent, and it's always a pleasure dealing with him.
