AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. I am writing this review, so I also have proof. I got my laptop battery fixed by them back at the end of 2023. The replacement battery supposedly was $400 for in 2023. So when my laptop died like the first time it stated saying the battery needed to be changed again. I called them because how is that possible. He said the batteries have warranties so he will replace it. To replace the battery he told me he has to charge me for labor which is $50 for labor according to my statement this was the end of NOV. 2024. A few months ago. I didn’t pick up my laptop my daughter did. My laptop started saying something about needing a second battery and the bottom was never put back the way it was before. It’s broken. I told myself with everything going on since I don’t live in Brockton when I have time to bring it back I will. Called today at 11:41AM. The guy call started arguing with me about misusing the battery and keeping it in the charger. Not a thing that I do when I have 2 laptop and barely use the one they fixed. He said it’s been 6 months and the battery needs to be replaced every 6 months.since when when I’ve had laptops for the last 20 years???? Never heard of this. So to be continued because even with my daughter screen on her phone they messed it up and I let it go because the phone needed to be replaced. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Definitely do not let that young dude do anything to your devices. Last time he had his girlfriend there and wasn’t the most efficient.

They don’t fix the. item well and say it’s free repair within 5 months of repair then when you bring it back they’ll still charge again brought my daughters iPad in here and they fixed it then she start noticing it having lines on the screen when I brought it back it should’ve been free before the 6 months but the owner he charge me again so I started going to the westgate mall they have a store in there that fix my stuff it work good and they understand spanish too this place lie a lot and is very cold inside

If you haven't already noticed, it's a cool 40 degrees inside the store. It's part of how they trap you in there, since the space heater is only for the store employee. They are too cheap to buy a space heater for customers. Be wary of their methods of ripping you off once they get you in the store. This would not fly in Boston. Taking advantage of poor Brockton people smdh. Go somewhere else

We went to iTech Repair today to get our daughter’s iPad fixed. The gentleman that helped us was nothing but friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Also, he was very affordable. We definitely will be using this place for other tech issues we may have. Don’t believe the negative reviews! Honestly, the guy we had today, was super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Everything I had said before. We were expecting a few days for the iPad to be fixed. It was fixed in less than an hour.
