I came in as a walk-in(no appointment) to be greeted by Antonio and Octavio. They explained the procedure and quickly got to working on fixing my wife's phone. Great service, both technicians were terrific and in less time than I had anticipated, the phone was back in working condition.

I was looking for an expert who could fix my smartphone asap as my battery looked like it was about to explode and could not hold a charge for too long. I was lucky to be assisted by Antonio: a professional, kind, and efficient technician who went above and beyond in every way to assist me. He fixed my phone before I expected and I did not have any more issues with my battery going forward. I will definitely be coming back here!

Called in morning to get quote on a screen replacement. Asked if I can drop it off mid day around 1 and pick up after 5pm , was told they could do it within 2 hours so if i dropped it off they could do it no problem. I wasted my lunch break taking a train down and back to my office, took me and hour because I saw the shop had good reviews and wanted to get things done same day. When i arrived I was told they don't have my screen.... Called another uBreakiFix and was advised that sometimes they allocate screens to repairs that come in under warranty or insurance and walk-ins out of pocket sometimes are told the screens are not in stock if a claim comes in to allocate the part. This I can understand and I'm not sure if this was the case in this situation or no however I was just blatantly told they do not have it when I arrived.

I was in an emergency situation before leaving on a trip. My battery was not holding a charge for very long. Verizon made a mess of my repair order and the battery was the wrong one. I spent hours there while they helped sort things out with Verizon for me. Luckily they were able to get the right battery for me and it was fixed quickly the next day. They are amazing and really nice on top of it! Highly recommend!!
