Verizon

I have shopped here in the past about 7 years ago getting new phones and setting up service. I am not thrilled with the Verizon service itself but this place has the best deals on phones. Kyle null was so helpful in giving me all the options on phone deals for my budget. When I did decide what phones and plans to get he was right there helping to get it all set up. Even having to go back after a phone issue he was right there helping me with a warranty claim getting me a new phone. Every time I went into the store he always greeted with a smile. Thanks Kyle keep up the great work.

Hands down the best sales service you will ever get in Hanover. I've had the pleasure dealing with Doyle and his team the last few years and yesterday was an ultimate test for Doyle and team mate Andy. They did everything and anything they could to get me the best deal and bundle for the money I literally had in hand and all I have to say is they met that and some. I've never left this store disappointed and never have I left and looked at my bill a month later and been like what hell is this... These guys are true honest, respectful, and put pride into what they do. They're not there to dig in your pocket they're true honest people that are willing to help and get you out the door happy and with what you need and afford and nothing more.

The service was great! I worked with Kate and she was very patient and willing to work through any problem I had. Everyone in the store was super friendly!

Took my granddaughter there for a new phone and Donald was awesome, took the time to set up her phone and Ipad, I would highly recommend him. After canceling the contract within the first week do to a much better deal with Xfinity we received a bill for $128 after paying over $200 at the store upon termination after sending a query to Donald about the ridiculous 1 week charge Donald told me sorry since we were no longer a verizon customer he couldn’t help, so yeah very helpful when making a sale but after that screw off, I’ll never deal with this shady outfit again and anyone who does I would recommend going to a corporate store not one of these as they even charge more.

Had great help from everyone in the store on April 4th, especially Doyle. All were kind and caring, easy to get along with. They helped me with everything I needed quickly and even saved me some money by finding the best deals! Any one who says otherwise has some personal issue.
