Amazing customer service! Garret was outstanding. He went out of his way to get me a grill that wasn't in stock at his store. He kept me updated and delivered it right on time. He even helped me load it into my truck. Excellent Ace Hardware and amazing customer service every time!

I tried to exchange a Craftsman screwdriver. The first employee didn't know it was possible. The second asked for a receipt (which I didn't have for a 30-year-old screwdriver) and then asked if I bought it at that store. He then had to call a manager who said Craftsman no longer does in-store exchanges. I went to Lowe's, and they exchanged it with no problem. It felt like the manager just didn't want to help.

Ace Hardware might be a little more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe's, but they're the best at knowing their store and products. They even have good knowledge of home repairs. This location has never let me down. You pay for quality and service.
