I called about a large sliding screen door replacement, gave the dimensions, and was told they could do it. I brought the screen in, and they said it was "too large." They ignored my mention of the phone call. The other local business I took it to was puzzled why Ace couldn't do the repair. Ace dropped a few notches in my book after this.

I went to get keys made. They didn't have the key I needed but said they could order it. I bought the blank key and came back to have it cut, but they refused because it came from an outside vendor. They're lazy and refused to do the job they advertise. I won't shop at this overpriced store again.

I went in for zip ties. Hailey at the register never greeted me, asked about rewards in a monotone voice, and never said thank you. She seemed miserable. Not a good person to have at a register.
