PC Healthstop

For the first time in 25 years, I ran into a computer problem I could not fix (computer crashed from Windows update). Having been in the Criminal Justice Field, I was very hesitant to turn over my computer to anyone, but having no choice, I researched local computer repair businesses. After reading the numerous reviews of PC Healthstop in Framingham, a business in operation for 30 years, I felt confident in choosing them for my repairs.. When meeting Peg and Freddie, they spelled out clearly what they would do and costs, including the possibility of needing a new computer.. Within 2 days, they informed me that all my files were intact, and they could repair any damage done. When picking up the computer, Freddie sat with me for 1.5 hours explaining everything, including better ways to use my machine. Hopefully I may never need repair help again, but would not hesitate to return to PC Healthstop. .I found them to be experienced, informative, helpful, and honest.

I had a problem with the power connector on my Microsoft Surface laptop (not caused by the laptop design). PC Healthstop quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and gave me a good idea of the time and cost to repair. When the fix was found to be at the bad news end of the possibilities we discussed, the technician offered a more cost effective answer that provided me the functionality I needed. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend PC Healthstop

Peg and the team were extremely helpful/communicative and the location was easy to get to and park at! They were able to look at my custom PC (my first time building) and help me fix some issues in just one day. They also went a step further and helped me install my operating system get it all set up. They were very clear on costs and how they'd depend on the amount of work that needed to be done. It was well worth the amount of frustration they saved me and it was nice to support a local business.

Great service. Peg was very responsive when I contact PC Health Stop about issues with my laptop. She was sensitive to the fact that I could not be without my laptop for long because I'm self-employed, and diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and installed a new hard drive with all of my data the same day!
