Horrible company! They came to fix my copier, spent an hour, and said they didn't know what was wrong. They returned with another person, quoted a repair (saying they weren't sure it would fix it!), and now, two years later, are demanding payment for their failed service and threatening collections! Don't recommend them at all!

Insane service and disrespectful workers, both in person and on the road! One of their drivers was swerving, cutting people off, and brake-checking. Ridiculous behavior!

I'm furious! Their service is abysmal. They refuse to terminate our contract, making excuses and lying. They won't take back the leased equipment, demanding high fees and "forgetting" paperwork. Emails and calls go unanswered. They keep billing us for services we don't receive. Their lack of professionalism is infuriating.

Service has declined. We bought a Konica Minolta printer from them in 2016 and had no issues. In 2023, we got a new one. After a month, a part broke. Even though it was under warranty, we had to pay for labor and other materials because we didn't have a "service plan." Their management was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I'll find a company that values its clients.
