I've been going here for over 10 years and I must say Bill is an absolute wizard! He's fixed virtually every problem I've ever had with my computer quickly and effectively! He's so skilled and knowledgeable, and he's really worked wonders for my family over the years! We appreciate him so much and consider him a blessing! We wish we could find other repair people as awesome as him!

Bill's such a great guy. He helped me upgrade the ram on my Dell laptop. I stripped the screw and he was able to get the screw out, change out the ram, and replace it with a new screw. Fair pricing & super quick service! Thank you Bill!

I recently bought a brand new computer and printer for my girlfriend. We are both not very tech-savvy. He came to our place and was very courteous and friendly. He was very thorough ainhis installation. He took his time and was very patient with our questions. And didn't leave until we got a good understanding of what was going on and what to do. If I could give Bill more than five stars I would😁!! So thank you Bill you are very much appreciated by the both of us. And we will highly recommend you to anybody we know and pass on the good word. I've been to Ashland Computers twice and I can tell you Bill does excellent work along with very reasonable prices. He explains everything to you before-hand and after. Bill's an all around nice guy and I will enjoy coming here in the future for any other computer repairs.
