They somehow made my barely cracked screen worse and then wanted me to wait over a week for parts. The customer service was nice, but if you want your phone fixed, go somewhere else!

They replaced my screen under warranty, but now the back cover is falling off. They were supposed to replace the battery too, but it's just as bad as before. I'm disappointed and now have to take it to another location to fix their fix.
