The Whitby location is somewhat small but well-stocked. They have a variety of items, from computer components to TVs and even some toys. Pickup was smooth and speedy. The employee was helpful. Good service!

Toby at the service desk was amazing. He fixed my first issue while I waited and helped me find a power source. On my second visit, another associate helped me with a battery issue. Toby then helped me find a great deal on a refurbished laptop (with a warranty) that was $200 less than other stores. I'm very impressed with their tech support and friendly style.

Big shout out to Chris and store manager Mike! Amazing customer service. Everyone was nice and eager to help. Mike was a great help with the picking and building process, helping me choose a monitor and peripherals. Chris kept me updated. I highly recommend them! Very happy with my purchase.

Toby and Mike helped me realize I needed a new computer. Mike spent a lot of time making sure the custom build would fit my needs. He answered my questions clearly and kindly and built it for me the next day! Everyone was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. I’m super happy and recommend them, especially to those who aren’t computer experts. Thanks, Mike! I love my new build!

I price matched a headset with the HyperX website, and they beat it. Why 1 star? They have a new policy that all price-matched items are final sale. This is the first time I've encountered this policy with Canada Computers.
