Michael saved my life! A power surge fried my external hard drive, and I lost access to all my files – invoices, family photos, everything since 2006. Best Buy's Geek Squad couldn't help. My husband dropped the drive off at Michael's office on a Friday, and Michael worked over the weekend, keeping me updated, and recovered all my data! He even met us early Monday morning before our flight to return it. You won't get this kind of personal service anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Michael is a wizard! He resurrected my dying MacBook. It's now working like new. He went above and beyond, especially since I was leaving on a trip the next morning.
