Terrible experience and company. Arranged a day and time and I took time off from work to be home - no one showed and no explanation until hours after the time frame saying they couldn’t make it. I rescheduled for another day and get a garbled text the day of saying 5pm and a phone number to call. I call the number to check on the range and it’s a medical device company! They gave a fake phone number! Then a tech shows up at 3pm when I’m not home! This company is a sham and not trustworthy - do not do business with them.
