MYRIG Service: Bitmain Antminer Repair & Maintenance

Do not trust them. They repaired an S19 a year ago and did great. I sent them two more this winter for repair. Completely dishonest this time. They repaired the machines but dropped one, smashing the fans and bending the case on the back, ruining the machine, and sent it to me. Then the manager said they received it that way.....but for some reason didn't tell me until after I got the machines back and paid for the repairs. So instead of being a shipping insurance claim, I'm stuck with a destroyed machine. Stay away from them!! I'm sad; it used to be a good bunch to work with, but things have changed there and are completely untrustworthy now. The manager's way of dealing with it is just not answering back and ignoring the fact that he caused an easy, no-big-deal shipping insurance claim into an unhappy customer who is out the cost of repair and the machine.Update 4/3/23: The second machine they "repaired" is completely dead after two weeks of running. I'm now out both machines they "repaired." Stay away from these guys; they obviously have no idea about repairs. They went from a good shop to con artists in one year. It's sad.
