This place was terrible. The owner seemed knowledgeable at first but couldn't fix my cracked screen on a newer computer. He never updated me; I had to call. After waiting four days (because the shop was closed without notice), he threw my $25 diagnostic fee at me in cash. Terrible customer service and amateur repairs. He shouldn't have wasted my time.

I found this place on Google. The owner was knowledgeable about my son's computer battery issue. He quoted about $150. When I arrived, Titus tried resetting the battery, and it worked! My Mac is charging like new, and it only cost me $55! Great customer service! I'll be back.

They thoroughly analyzed my old desktop, which had speed issues. They showed me the results and explained the problems and potential solutions. (I need a new computer, which I agree with). They bought me some time. My only complaint is that the analysis took longer than expected.

This place was great! My PC had a black screen. They fixed it by the next day, and it was much cheaper than another place I'd taken it to! My computer is fixed and running faster! Thanks!

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in for storage installation on my gaming PC. The guy who helped me was extremely helpful, pointed out some issues with my PC build, and even rearranged my GPU at no cost. It was done within the hour as promised. I'll be back!
