Stay away from this guy. Not trustworthy at all. Brought in a tv with a power issue. He quoted me a price. When I went to pick up the TV he "couldn't find it" but would be happy to sell me another TV. When I said I wanted my TV he said come back. When I went back he had found the TV but now the screen was cracked. When I asked him what happened he said "you must have brought it in that way" I didn't. When I asked him what he was going to do to make it right he said "Nothing, sue me" He is creepy and smarmy. Stay away .

Absolute worst service possible. He works out of the back of a weird clothing store. Does not have a credit card reader, I mean how does he expect to conduct an electronic service business without it? Guess he prefers cash to evade the IRS. Then my TV had its frame on the back. After he 'fixed' it he did not reattach the frame and it sat in his store which accordingly closes at 6pm but he closes shop whenever. Wont pick up calls, may reply to text sometimes and he hung out the frame in a walmart bag on the front door to the clothing shop and closed shop before 6pm!! Absolutely worst experience. Pls do not go to him for any repairs. Save yourself a poor experience.

I called Samsung after my 55” smart TV started turning off on its own. Of course Samsung said it was out of warranty and referred me to an “authorized repair shop” locally. They wanted $250 to look at my TV plus cost of repairs and service. I was wrapping my head around having to throw our TV in the dumpster when I tried calling a few places and found A1. Which I thought was Al’s. It was just the type of place you need. Not a lot of bells and whistles there but I got great service and my TV fixed for a fair price. They were very responsive through texting and had my TV ready in a matter of a few days. Make sure u bring cash. Side note: When I got my TV home it had lines on the screen(did not have them in the shop). My heart sank thinking what now? Texted A1, and they said “it was raining hard when u picked it up and if any water gets to the right place it may cause this”. They said unplug your TV turn it upside down and let it dry out. Well, not really believing this, I didn’t have a choice. Left it upside down for 24 hours and when I plugged it back in the lines were gone! Calling him the TV whisperer from now on.

I called Alex to replace a lightbulb that blew in my 73" Mitsubishi TV. He was very responsive. There were issues with the new bulb and he came two times to resolve the issue. He was determined to make it right and he did. I would recommend Alex to anyone needing their TV or computer repaired. Thank you Alex!

he is thief I gave my TV to repair with power cord and remote . He says I never game him the remote. he stole my remote.... will not recommend this guy.. he even didn't put all the screws back on. HE IS A THIEF HE ALSO PUSHED ME OUT OF THE STORE WHEN I REFUSED TO MOVE. He is thief stay away from him.
