I had my laptop screen repaired. It took three weeks, and communication was poor. They charged me extra for a "broken" part (which I doubt was broken before), the screen trim wasn't attached properly, and the rubber feet are missing. Now I can't log into my Microsoft account and have to reset my computer. I won't be back. Update: I tried calling them twice when they opened, and no one answered.

I've used Like New PCs for about 15 years and have generally been satisfied. However, I paid $70 for data removal from a laptop that wouldn't boot, but they couldn't retrieve the data because the drive was dead. I asked for a partial refund or store credit, but they refused. Not a big deal, but not the service I expected.

Worst service ever. They said the diagnostic fee would be deducted from the repair cost. The battery cost $50, and I gave them $70. They wanted $230 to fix the whole thing, even though the computer only cost $500. Go somewhere else.

Service used to be great. Now they charge for diagnostics, and I had to leave my laptop. When I picked it up, there were no notes about what was done. They charged me by the minute to recover a document. When I asked about the screen problem, they gave curt answers and said I'd have to bring it back if it happened again. No thanks. They seem to be running a racket. I'll be going elsewhere.
