These guys took very good care of my issue on my truck. I had an oil drain plug that was hard stuck and rounded over to the point of no return. They had it popped off in less than 5 minutes. Very professional and willing to go outside the normal flow of business to get the job done. Will be using them in the future.

Took my car here for an oil change, they shorted my car by 2 quarts of oil which doesn't seem bad until after 1 month of driving, it nearly destroyed my car. Would not recommend coming here, and I definitely won't be back.

I called this morning and spoke with a guy about the price of an oil change and tire rotation. I'm driving a very long distance next week and I needed BOTH at the same time. I asked the guy and he said $70-80. Great. Told him I'd be in later. I pulled in and the owner, I'm assuming, he was really sweet, told me to pull into lane 2. Before I could I was stopped by a girl with an iPad or something similar to enter in my info. I told her I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and my fuses checked and that I had called and was told that it would be $70-80. She popped everything into her device and said $75. I said great and pulled in. They said I could sit in my car. I heard her inform them at least once that it was a tire rotation, too. They changed the oil and I was told to pull forward. When she approached and asked for payment, I asked if they had rotated my tires, knowing they hadn't. She told me to drive around again and pull in to lane 1. I was told to sit inside for this and so I did. When she called me to approach the counter and pay. When I saw my receipt, it was $102. I commented that it was supposed to be $75, she said that was just the oil change and not with the tire rotation. I looked her in the eye and said it did when I said it. She just apologized as I was walking away. My friend had recommended I go there so they feel badly about it. I told him that it wasn't his fault. I place all of the blame on the girl taking down information. I think she's a thief and took advantage of her own mistake. Needless to say, I will never return and will repeat this every chance I get.

I made an appointment on Friday and waited a week for the following Friday to get my vehicle repaired. I had a 9 AM appointment took her at 8 AM. and they finally called me and said they couldnt fix it. it only needed a 2 foot brake line repaired. This was a week of my wasted time!!! This should've been a simple Repair, but they obviously didn't want to fool with it
