My laptop had charging issues. Another shop quoted 2-4 weeks for repair. Rod at PCs & Parts fixed it on the spot! Great guy. This is the only place I'll take my laptops from now on.

He's gone out of his way to help me every time, from giving me great deals to offering advice and even giving me parts for free. I was having trouble with my HP wireless printer after changing our router. The router company couldn't help. Rod suggested we try something before sending someone out. Re-defining the printer worked! I really appreciate Rod taking the time to walk me through it. We seniors on a budget appreciate it!

I've been here twice with different computers. They found the issues quickly and affordably. The staff has integrity. I don't know much about hardware, but I feel comfortable taking my stuff there. I even referred my mom, and they helped her fix her computer over the phone! She was very happy.
