Last time, we got passport photos with a USB drive and physical copy. Today, we came to print another physical copy from the USB, and they said they didn't have photo paper or a photo printer. Then, when I asked if I could take another photo and print it, they said yes. Now they have the photo printer and photo machine???? Ridiculous!! Why not tell the truth at the beginning? And why can’t we print another copy from the USB of a photo taken in the same store??? What’s the logic?

Staples has always been very helpful, assisting us when looking for something or suggesting other products. Associates are very pleasant and helpful. Stock is always very good.

Two weeks ago, I dropped off 9 blueprints for scanning. After two weeks, I received nothing. I visited the store, and they said the file was too large and they failed to send it. They promised to send it again that night, but still nothing. I had to revisit the office and call them to send it, finally receiving it. But two pages were missing. They are not professional. The only good thing is they are cheaper than ARC Document. If you have limited time, don't come here. If you want to save money and have plenty of time to deal with the stupid, error-filled system, this might be the right place.

Excellent location, and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t know why they don't have enough staff. I go there for school supplies only. Office supplies not on sale are a little pricey than Target. Organized and clean.
