This was absolutely insane. I had bought 15$ worth of paper. Had them email my receipt. Shocker it didn’t appear in there. I had made a staples account the day before when I bought it so I know for a fact that it is now under my staples rewards. Over 15$ of paper the manager WEST told me I would have to drive to the OTHER staples and maybe they could do something there. West was the least helpful person I have met and I am amazed that staples has employed him. 15$ of paper and he couldn’t help me at all. I cannot stress enough how horrible of customer satisfaction this was. Extremely disappointing. The staples chain has let me down immensely

I almost had forgot to add that the best part of this was as I was leaving the store I had the manager WEST make a comment along the lines of, “yeah, leave” to a customer wanting a refund of 15$ of paper. I would like to add that Evelyn, one of the other managers showed extreme professionalism in this unfortunate experience. She understood that a problem needed to be solved and was trying to do that. However WEST was the complete opposite making the problem even more frustrating. For a customer to walk into a major chain store and be treated with such egregious customer service is beyond disappointing. All I was looking for was a refund on paper I had bought just the day before. Extremely disappointing

This was the best customer service I’ve had in YEARS. Majority of the time when you walk into a store you have to search for a worker or download an app and try to read the small map they have. Not with this store! I was asked within 2 minutes of walking in if I needed help and the lady who asked me walked me all the way to the isle and product I needed. While I was in the store I was greeted with nothing but smiles and helpful workers. I will be shopping here again!

Staples made my experience fast and easy. I needed a specific item and was given a choice of products. I got exactly what I wanted/needed without the "usual sales pitches" that other stores ""offer." I would recommend Staples to everyone.

We found 99% of what we needed on our school supply list. The prices are always good and some were amazing! Our cashier was extremely helpful and very patient. I will recommend Staples to friends and family!
