uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

They fixed my iPad screen quickly, and the service was friendly. However, they didn't check the product after fixing it, and the home button was hard to push. I had to take it back, and while they cleaned off extra glue, it's still not as easy to push. It would have been 5 stars if they had checked everything was working properly before returning it.

It was super easy. I dropped off my phone to get the back glass repaired and picked it up later. No problems whatsoever. It looks brand new! The staff is super friendly. The only confusing thing is their hours. Online is different from what it says on their door. Always call first. I had to wait until the morning to pick up my phone because they closed an hour earlier than what it said online.

I wish I had come here before I bought a new phone. My old phone had been run over, and the screen was smashed. I assumed it was beyond repair. I brought it to uBreakiFix hoping they could transfer the data to my new phone. They were able to do this with no problem. They also determined that all I needed was a new screen on the old phone! Lesson learned. Bring your devices to them to check out before replacing them. I also appreciated the friendly and patient staff.

The team at the Parker uBreakiFix were great! They patiently walked me through all the steps to get my phone prepped for a screen replacement and then had it ready in 1.5 hours. It's back to looking like the day I bought it after it took a long fall (dropped it from my roof onto my driveway while putting up Christmas lights).

I’ve used their services several times and have been happy. However, this time, after replacing the internal fan and screen, I found there was no audio. Nothing I could do would bring the audio back. We have yet to see how they handle this problem. 12/27/2024 Update: They took the laptop in and repaired loose connections. Now, at no charge, the laptop is good and workable.
