This is a great Apple Store. I haven't had any issues here. Just make an appointment for tech support in advance. It's the only Apple Store in Louisville, so it's always busy. The Specialists are really helpful.

I've had the iPhone 15 Pro Max since it came out. I usually upgrade phones every release, but this year, I decided to just buy new cases and screen protectors. It felt like a new phone! I've been doing business with this Apple Store for 10+ years. No complaints.

I went in the Saturday before Christmas, expecting it to be packed. It was busy, but the staff was prompt, and Dee, my specialist, was amazing. My trade-in and sales processes were extremely quick. I prefer this location over the one in Indianapolis.

Called for an appointment but was told we couldn't make one. At the store, the staff avoided us. My partner is disabled and can't stand for long. I sat on the edge of a table (there was no signage saying not to) and a staff member shouted at me that it was inappropriate. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a stranger or employee anywhere. Rude, condescending, and totally unaware of customer service. Disgusted. Will be escalating this. We'll stick with our Samsung phones.
