Shout out to Axiom Computer Services in Wrentham. Norm worked on my daughter’s laptop twice now. He got if fixed the first time and bought us several more months of use (which was much appreciated and for a minimal fee). This second time there was no saving it. He could have done more work to fix it but helped me understand the cost to do so likely would not make more sense than buying a new laptop and he didn’t want me to spend my money unwisely. I really appreciated his honest work and advice. If you need a local computer guy I would give Axiom Computer Services a try!

I was getting a slice of pizza having just arrived in wrenthy when I noticed the computer repair shop. I was staying with friends in town and I was on my way to Logan for a 3 week trip the following morning. my Chromebook had just stopped taking a charge the night before. one stop at a ubreakifix en route to wrethham proved fruitless as that guy obviously did not feel like working. norm was open to the idea of trying to bring my Chromebook back to life. he was not that certain at first, but knowing Chromebooks pretty well - I was convinced it was something simple / stupid. sure enough...norm had a couple tricks up his sleeve and he brought it back to life for a very fair price. worth a trip to wrentham if you are experiencing computer issues!

My ancient computer in my home office went into a death spiral and became so slow that it was essentially useless. I contacted Axiom and told him my tale of woe. Norm listened patiently, asked lots of questions, and offered options. At no time did he make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. I handed over my computer and asked him to find a replacement and transfer everything from the old to the new computer. When that was completed, he alerted me to the fact that some things would be different but made himself available to answer questions and tweek a couple of things remotely. Everything went flawlessly. I would recommend anyone to Axiom without hesitation.
