I went in looking for a flash drive and needed help so I went to the front and asked and I waited about 10 minutes while all the employees walked right by me on their phones. What happened to smiling faces and customer service? To whoever owns this store you really need to go in and check it out from the customers point of view. Left went to Staples right across the street and was greeted and helped. That’s how you do it Best Buy…..

I don't go too often to this place due to their bad service. I went today because I was looking for a specific product that I have on my phone in the BB app but it wasn't in the shelves so I tried to ask an employee but nobody offered me help they just walked next to me. I went to customer service and asked for help and asked the lady if she could check if they have the product in stock because the app showed 1 left in stock but the shelf was empty. So she just looked at my phone and told a guy to help me, he just walked to the product shelves a told me "there are" and left. Then I wait another 15 minutes standing in the same place (picture attached) to see if someone else helped me but no. There was up to 4 ot 5 employees chatting and watching their phones at the appliances register. Never asked if I needed help. When I decided to leave was when one of them ran to offer help to a couple that was watching appliances. So looks like they only like good looking people.

Team members in the audio video section of the store work on commission and only want to sell expensive units. Purchase the Marantz Cinema 60 after And King told me it was configured to be a 2.2 system got it home and try to configure it as he stated and it didn't work I will return the unit and never return to the store again

Came into Tulsa to shop for the weekend and stumbled upon a camera I’ve been eyeing for awhile. Daniel helped me order it, and the process was super easy. He was friendly and I was impressed with the selection provided. I will definitely be back.

My cousin went up there to get a mic setup and the employee was more worried about hitting on her than getting her the correct things she needed. Had to go to a second location to get the CORRECT equipment and set up. Both locations.., the customer service is lacking
