My phone wasn’t charging anymore and said it had water damage in the port, I brought it in and it was fixed and charging in less than a minute. The guy who helped was so helpful and kind and really knew what he was doing. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best place in LO to bring your devices!

I had a great experience at CompRite! I brought in my MacBook along with a replacement battery, and they installed it quickly and at a fair price. On top of that, they went the extra mile and fixed a few of my keyboard keys, which I really appreciated. Friendly, professional service—I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tech needs. Highly recommend!

Do not go to these people. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair place. 1. The guy I spoke to in the store gave me the price of repair and then increased the price he quoted me when we were paying, in a span of about 5 min (without me adding any services). When I said something to him, he denied That he ever gave me the original price. 2. He told me the repairs would be done within three days. And that they would contact me when the repairs were done. When I didn’t hear from them, I tried calling them continuously and couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. So I went there in person multiple times and they were always closed before the hours showed they were closed on the door. About a week after they said it was going to be done. I finally was able to catch someone at the shop. They didn’t have the phone and didn’t seem to know where it was and then he told me that it wasn’t done, they would call me when it was. About two weeks after he said it was going to be done I went back to the store still without receiving a call and the same guy that I had been dealing with, was acting completely clueless when I asked him why I’ve never received a call, Then he digs around in a drawer and finds the phone and hand it to me. I look at it and it is still broken! 2. When I tell him it’s still broken, he apologizes and he says he has to send it off to another store and get it fixed. 3. I called the number to the other store later and they say they aren’t able to fix the back of phones . (The reason I sent it for repairs). I told him then I want a refund in my phone back. 4. It takes me another few weeks to get in touch with the store in downtown Lake Oswego because they don’t answer the phone and they were never there during the store hours. 5. I show up again to just get my phone and get a refund and be done with them. They can’t find my still broken phone. I sat down there for an hour with the same clueless guy looking for my phone. While they’re looking for my phone, I get on the phone with the owner of the company? When they finally find my phone, he apologizes and says now they can fix the back of the phone and he’ll give me a discounted price if I’ll let them go ahead and fix it. Then he quoted me the same price I had already paid them to fix it in the first place. This company is poorly run, managed and full of shady business practices please do not use them.

Amazing service and extremely fair pricing. While I cannot guarantee that your device can be fixed, I can guarantee that you will not make a wrong decision in giving CompRite a chance first. They will go above and beyond to get your device fixed at the best price you can find in the metro area. Long story short, my Samsung S21 was completly obliterated by ocean water. It would not charge or turn on at all no matter what I tried to do. It is thanks to this location that my phone was able to get fixed and is now fully functional again! I learned that CompRite locations works together and share parts if possible. Since this location happened to have the spare part that my phone needed, I was not charge for the replacement part at all. The total cost for fixing my phone ended up only being $90 (rounded up). My phone took 5 days to get repaired and now is working again! I cannot thank CompRite enough for their service. Will visit them again if I ever have any device issues.

Spilled coffee on my MacBook and the Apple Store wanted $1,399 to fix it. Took it to UBreakIfix, where they held it for 3 weeks without any updates, only to say it was beyond repair. As a last-ditch effort, I tried this shop (Comprite), and within a few days, they diagnosed the issue, gave me a fair repair quote, and a good offer to buy it. Ended up selling it to them. Really appreciated their straight-up honesty. Totally recommend them!
