Best Buy

Wish I could use less than 1 star. Worst experience ever! Ordered 7 PCs received 5. Followed up after waiting 2 months for other 2 PCs and was told would be available in a week. Received text order has been cancelled 2 days before expected delivery. Tried calling to resolve and have been hung up on 3 times. No longer a customer! Now I must add that the wish for me to reply to Best Buy on a social media platform is ridiculous. They obviously have my contact information as I was sent an email. Also did not mention above that when I talked with support at Best Buy they said I could reorder the same product again. However, it would be at the new price which is at a higher cost of $340. Sure sounds like the product I ordered is available. What a scam!

I bought a MacBook Air M3 during the Black Friday deal. Although the waiting queue is long, I still feel it is worthwhile to buy an apple product here compared with an Apple Store. It is really much cheaper now.

Pretty solid Best Buy. It's clean, spacious, and has everything you need from these sorts of stores. I bought an Xbox Series X here recently brand new in great condition, and it was an easy and quick process on a weekday morning. My one annoyance was one of the employees at the cash register being extremely pushy about the credit card and paid membership at this store. I understand it's good retail practice to ask customers, but when I say no twice, I do not want to be pushed a third time about the same thing otherwise I will be annoyed.

After standing in appliances for 40 mins we finally tracked someone down. Bought a washer dryer tower for $2200, and was set for a Saturday delivery. I was told they would call the day before to narrow down a time. I take work off. I get a voicemail Friday from some sketchy number - foreign guy I can’t understand half of what’s said. I call back - no answer all day no voicemail set up. Call Best Buy - now Sat day off - I’m told there’s no appointment.. This is a consistent issue with Best Buy as they did this on a tv install as well. They clearly don’t care about customers time. Buy from different company.

I like to get tech products at a brick and mortar store. Support is better and more convenient if needed. Hard to find a customer service person on the floor to assist, however. As you enter, a person asks what you are looking for and points you in the right direction, which helps. Prices seem OK.
