Hamid and Rachel are the best! As a "seasoned" citizen, I appreciate a nearby place with easy parking where I can take my computer concerns. Hamid has been keeping my laptop and desktops running for several years, and I've been happy with every experience. He recently repaired my favorite laptop, which I thought I'd have to replace. Hamid was kind and patient, listening to my needs. It took a while to fix the glitches, but now I'm happily typing away on a machine that starts up quickly, no longer dies on me, has Windows 11 and a new battery. And it didn't cost me a fortune! His prices are fair, and I trust him. Computer Sonics is an asset to our community!

When they "fixed" my PC, it seemed fine for a bit. Then my CPU started melting the SSD they installed because there's no thermal paste (which I have reapplied twice). I lost a ton of data because of this. I suggest you seek PC repair elsewhere.

Hamid is the man! I took a 2017 MacBook Pro to him that Apple quoted $800+ to fix. Hamid did it for less than half the price, gave it a warranty, and was determined to fix it at a great price. There were some ups and downs, but overall, he communicated fairly and was honest. It took longer than I hoped, but he was confident in his work and wanted to address all potential problems. Since then, I’ve called Hamid for a few things, and he was able to troubleshoot. He gave great advice, and I’ll definitely continue to work with him for any Apple, Mac, or PC computer issues.

Another huge shout-out for Hamid. Best customer service I can remember. He walked me through the pros/cons of new vs. updating my current computer. We ended up installing a new hard drive and battery on an old Dell for 1/5 the price of new. My computer feels brand new - zippy, great graphics - and when I got home, I realized Hamid had bookmarked a few common apps and even programmed my homepage with my name. Recommend Computer Sonics/Hamid with 100 stars!
