Anything Dan is up to fix, I’ll be bringing to him. I called several places when one of the keys on my laptop wasn’t working and decided on Dan thanks to his flexibility (look at those hours!) and overall pleasantness. My laptop keyboard membrane had worn out in some places the entire palm rest needed replaced thanks to how my specific model was built. I could source my own used parts, but I trusted Dan to select it. The price was comparable to other places, and the turnaround was fast. It took a week or so for the part to arrive (not his fault at all), but once it did, I stopped off my laptop at a time and date of my choosing and picked it up the following night. Dan was out traveling for something, so his father let us in the workshop and talked about his own love for colonial antiques. It was fun, and I left with the impression that Dan is a good person doing something he enjoys and doing it quite well. Had about as good of a time you can getting something of yours repaired! Dan reached out afterwards to ask how the laptop was for me and honestly, it felt like typing on something new. Dan cleaned the laptop out while it was open too, which was nice. No more cat hair in the fans… for now.

Dan had custom built a PC for me using parts I brought. I dropped them off, and picked up my fully built computer the next day. He was really nice to work with, and I definitely recommend him to others.

Amazing service and very friendly! I asked him to build me a PC and I had it in less than a week. He listened to what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely go to him in the future for any other computer related things.

I cannot recommend Dan more than I do. He provided a great experience for me by meeting my laptop repair needs in a quick & quality fashion while adding his friendly and professional spirit through the process. He even went over and beyond (in my opinion) when he took my laptop back to finalize some repairs that didn't resolve perfectly after I tested it out again. The refurbish has left me very happy, especially for the price which is reasonable and (in my estimation) cheap compared to other folks. I highly recommend Dan for his credibility and integrity which is paramount to find in a niche market like complete repairs! Side note, if you travel to his house for the drop off, it is in the woods and seems ominously private, which made me nervous initially, but you are in the right place and all is well!
