Their online ticket portal is amazing! I usually hate contacting IT due to wait times, but this bypasses that. Sometimes they fix issues without even talking to you. You can communicate through the portal, and reopen tickets if needed. Great! All the techs I've worked with are awesome, nice, and have a good sense of humor! I'd recommend them to anyone needing IT help!!

Before Fuse Networks, we used a smaller IT provider that charged hourly but didn't provide comprehensive service. Our business manager had to handle too much troubleshooting and security. With Fuse, we're confident our computers and network are up-to-date and protected. During onboarding, their project manager created a detailed plan and helped with a security risk assessment. Their team addressed many unresolved issues. Their support team responds quickly to new issues and persists until all problems are resolved. Their vCIO service gives us a strategic view of how to make our network less of a headache and more of an advantage. We became clients because they were highly recommended by another eye clinic.
