Kyle came up with a solution to allow me to use my laptop computer again after the screen cracked. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend his services. He a very pleasant guy and cares about satisfying his customers. My family will use his services from now on.

I'd rate Pro Tech Guy higher if I could! Kyle quickly resolved a frustrating Windows 10 issue. Very professional throughout the entire process. Great communication. Kept to his promised deadlines. ALL my data was saved and he installed inexpensive system upgrades, which helped double my system's speed. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend PTG in a heartbeat.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Pro Tech Guy on multiple occasions, more specifically Kyle. He is reliable, honest, and a very efficient technician. On one occasion he built a desktop computer from scratch for our family. Another time we had him remove a virus from one of our laptops and then he installed his own managed anti-virus program… let’s just say we haven’t had a problem since! Prices are extremely reasonable, simply because I know I am getting quality work with a quick turn-around time. He can usually fix our problems remotely. I plan to use Pro Tech Guy for all my future technology needs.

Excellent Service. Kyle is very good at what he does. He works with the customer really well . My daughter and I have had our computers fixed by Kyle. Each time the job was done right and the problems were fixed in a timely and professional manner.

Appreciated how quickly Kyle helped to fix my Mac Pro keyboard when there was an accidental liquid spill. Provided great service and quick follow up when you call or e-mail him.
