I reached out to New Dream about an issue with my laptop, which was still under warranty. After following the technician's recommendations and trying a few troubleshooting steps, it was determined that the laptop needed to be sent to their facility for further inspection and repair. I was initially hesitant about sending my personal laptop to an out-of-state repair center, but the entire process turned out to be smooth. Being able to track the repair progress gave me peace of mind. The technicians I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My laptop was returned in excellent condition and securely packaged.

These guys are responsive and courteous I called them and they were swift in responding to my requests and demands within my warranty. I will use them again and recommend anybody to use their services. Big UPS to Bronx and Nobert.

The sharing of the repair details is really nice. I was able to contact and discuss things with the repair specialist very eaily through the repair portal, I like that. The computer was packaged well when shipped back to me and my computer repair was completed within the time frame discussed in the beginning.

New Dream was extremely accommodating and helpful with my computer repair! They were responsive to my problems and finished my repair very quickly. They provide updates of the repair through email and an online portal, which makes it easy to keep up with your computer. Once the repair was finished, my technician, Bronx, called to check the return address and answered any questions I had. New Dream went out of their way to help me and provided a quick, effective repair, and I would definitely recommend their services!

I have been blessed with the very best customer service techs such as Bronx Baker who has put me at ease for the issue, I have with my laptop which was laptop top not closing properly.
