Great prices, unfortunately we shipped to the wrong location and had to cancel the order. Their customer service was exemplary, they responded promptly and initiated the RTS process to start the refund, no questions asked. Although, I can't speak for their products, I can attest to their fantastic customer service. Great service tends to equate to great products. Norbert assisted me with an issue with my new laptop. He called at the appointed time promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable and work diligently to solve the issue. He was also very patient and did a good job of explaining what he needed from me. It was a pleasure to work with him. I believe he has taken care of the problem that I was experiencing.

Such an awesome, friendly and VERY patient tech department.. One can get very nervous when making a purchase as important as a computer... Norbert helped walk me through a few hiccups with a LOT of calm patience (poor guy) 😆 This is the first time in 20 years that I bought instead of built and I couldn't be more satisfied with the product, the unbelievable speed it arrived and the great tech advice. I purchased my Lenovo laptop through Amazon from them in July 2023. It’s December 2024 and I have been getting several blue screens of death. I reached out even though my warranty is out of date and Norbert of technical support set up a call with me and walked me through various updates, checking my system, etc. I would absolutely purchase from this company again based on their customer service, prompt assistance, and excellent communication.

Thank you, Norbert, for the several hours of work restoring my new Acer Desktop computer via remote Quick Assist and phone our phone call! I'm very glad we were able to get it going again, and I will not attempt to load the old software that worked on WIN 10 but apparently killed the new computer using WIN 11!
