Hello everyone, I am very excited to start the first quarter of the year as an independent contractor. I found out about this company from an affiliate link. My order arrived about 3 days ago 3/26/2024. I live on the east Coast, so it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I appreciated the confirmation email that was sent in regards to the charges on my card. Everything was well packaged, some scratches and debris, but over all everything appeared to be functional. After I got everything set up, I pressed the power buttons on the monitor and the CPU tower. The tower was running (I could hear the motor going) and the monitor was asleep, (orange light) but the computer would not turn on (a green and orange light blinked once and then no more; no image was displayed on the monitor) **For anyone new to this like me, please note that shops that sell refurbished items may have scratches and oils/debris on them as mine did, but it should still run like new (I had to research that because I was shocked that there was as much wrapped up in with my keyboard, but as long as it worked I would have over looked it, because the savings are amazing! 😅 Unfortunately, I had to call tech support because my computer is not in operation yet. I called on 3/27/2024 at about 11:50AM and had a very pleasant interaction with a kind lady who informed me that tech support was out for a pickup and it may be 24 hours before someone gets back in touch with me. Emails and phone numbers were provided , but I haven't heard from anyone yet. This situation may not be the same for all cases, but this was my experience, I will provide an update on all attempts and the resolution. I hope that some help may be prioritized and expedited so that I can start the next steps in my first business! 💪🏽😄 Thanks for all you do, I look forward to hearing from you soon! I hope this reaches customers like myself who check the low ratings and reviews.I have purchased from this company for work from home equipment and I have found this company to be and have deceptive practices. I ordered a computer from them and was charged for an 8 gb Ram computer. I was applying for a position that required 8gb and was denied the opportunity due to my Ram not being able to pass the system check. I didn’t understand how Ram works so I had it looked at and I was told I didn’t have 8gb ram but actually only 4gb ram. I reached out to customer service because I was within the 90 day warranty. I was ignored and never assisted. Customer service is terrible. I will have to try and get a resolution from the BBB which is time consuming. I hate deceptive companies and hope anyone seeing this review doesn’t make a mistake and purchase from them like I did. Very horrible customer experience

I’ve had an awesome experience with WAHES. I’m happy I was able to get my Work from home equipment at an awesome price! They even offer payment plan which helped me tremendously to start this Journey of working from home. I got all mostly New refurbished equipment (which they do note there’s a possibility of not getting the same brand equipment e.g. monitor may be different brand from the keyboard etc) , they check to make sure everything is working correctly before shipping it out to you and they keep you updated through the whole process from you placing the order, to them packing and shipping it out to you! I’ll definitely shop here again if need be.

Love this company my IBO The remedy Corporation referred me to them when arise may their big update in my old computer no longer qualified to service on their platform. I spoke with REYZ and Daniel and they took care of me. They gave quality products and I love my new computer is actually better than my old one. I will be ordering a second tower and monitor soon! You guys are the best!
