Josh is one of the smartest techs I have ever worked with. He has helped me on numerous projects. He built me a computer that has lased several years now and has constantly outperformed anything else on the market. He has also helped me with difficult software issues that I have had using lightworks, Reaper and OBS. I make videos for you tube and use mostly free software that is not user friendly. BCC has come through every time for me and I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone !

He helped me decide which laptop to purchase, and he set up my (new to me) used laptop with upgraded RAM and a new hard drive. I'm pretty clueless with computers, so having Josh handle this was a huge help. He got my laptop all set up with everything I need- installed Windows, too. I got a great deal on a computer through his laptop recommendation, and didn't have to deal with any of the bother of setting up the thing myself!

I recently experienced some major issues with my PC. It was slow running. Internet would cut in & out, it was on its last limb. I was considering the purchase of $1700 computer. I was hoping it would be my last resort. I decided to reach out to Joshua with BCC to see if my computer could be salvaged. I was able to get ahold on Joshua directly & was able to get an appointment the same day. He was kind an explained exactly what was going on.
