Fix My Cell

Perfect service. Needed a new screen on the Samsung s23 ultra as my our dog jumped on it and broke it. They had it in stock and replaced in in 1.5 hrs. I didn't want a new phone with all the hassles of reprogramming it. They took it in, repaired it fast and they were super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place for repairs. It was taken in today.

It's never fun to break your phone but if you do... take it here. Dave will take care of you. I just left 30 minutes after closing because they stayed late to get my phone fixed. 10/10 would recommend.

Simply standing ovation. Simply made what seem to be a difficult situation simple and easy. Went there because the more reasonable pricing. Slightly more reasonable. But they did get it done. Way faster than the you ubreak people told me. Just all around good business!!

i took my macbook pro here to get a quote on how much it might be to get a repair and they said they will take it apart and diagnose it and tell me what needed replaced for $50 which is fair because it’s a more complicated computer to take apart than most. he then told me it would be $480 to repair it and i said that i would think about it and decide within a day i called him back and decided that i just wanted a second opinion on it and at first he did give me a lower offer of doing it for $400 because he apparently already ordered parts which i never told him to do and he got extremely butthurt about the entire ordeal because it’s “unusual” saying that he feels i am questioning his ability to do the repair correctly which wasn’t the case. i simply wanted a second opinion on it which i feel is my right seeing as it is my own computer and my money i am spending. he then told me he wouldn’t tell me what work needs done because “i didn’t pay him” which i very much did pay him to literally diagnose it and tell me what needs done. Also i originally came here because my mother had brought her phone here a couple times and said it was a good deal and he does good work. all she had was broken screens but mine was a bit more complicated so. regardless if he had simply told me what needs done and gave me my computer with no whining i would’ve taken it back to him but given this experience i wouldn’t return with any business.

David is super honest I gave him my phone explain what’s wrong. He made sure I fully understood what was wrong with it. When he was explaining it to me I went to a lot of other places they all were trying to charge me a lot and kept saying a bunch of other things were wrong on top of what was on my phone when I went to David he explained to me and was honest about how they were just trying to pull one over my head and get more money, he fix what I fixed for a good price. I would highly highly recommend this guy immediately for anything technology wise that needs fixed. Super honest amazing customer service amazing pricing wasn’t just trying to pull one over and get more of my money super honest fully support this man in his business go check them out! DEFINITELY a 5 STAR business!
